Our policy lasts for 8 days of the Festival (November 22 – 29). If the indicated days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a an exchange.
Returns or refunds are not available for general admission tickets, event tickets, auction or store purchases. For damaged items please see the applicable section below.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com to arrange a time to exchange the item.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
All items purchased must be picked up at the event or returned to the event. All other items such as ticketing will be delivered electronically.
